Absolutely! UP&GO is perfect for kids and teenagers when they don’t have time to sit down and eat breakfast. It’s also great between school or sports activities, when a nutritious top up is needed. However, as it is low in fat, it isn’t recommended for little ones less than 2 years of age, as they need the extra energy that full cream products provide.
